DIY Glow in the Dark Bracelets

They’re easy and fun to make simply stick two puffy stickers together to make a charm and link it onto a bracelet. There are two sheets of glow charms and two sheets of colorful charms to choose from so you can create a bracelet unlike any other! Then, charge them with a bright light and see them glow!
