Silly play! Silly Qs was created for 5 to 10-year-olds and their families. Its a game where the whole family can come together to laugh and connect while building empathy and being (very) silly! We know that supportive caregiver-child interactions develop confidence and resilience. Silly Qs makes those interactions easy and fun for the whole family.

Silly Qs was developed in consultation with a group of experts including a leader in childhood social development who specialises in this critical developmental period.

The list of silly play benefits is long and they apply to both children and adults. Stressreduction, social-emotional development, emotional regulation, improved problem-solving, and fostering empathy are only the beginning!

Silly Qs has been carefully designed for scaffolding, meaning that over time your child will need less parental support and develop new skills at their own pace. This makes the game suitable for a wide variety of developmental levels and the whole family will enjoy playing! When you open the game, youll find a simple parent guide with some handy advice. Including how to tailor gameplay to different developmental levels if needed and support for you to model how to best play the game.

The underlying goal is to encourage your child to think about the why of their answers. This means considering what each other player might think and feel, building connection and empathy. Amid loads of silly fun and laughter snorts!
